What’s up family, friends, and sunny souls! June was a month of warmth, both in the weather and in our hearts as we celebrated our fathers and father figures. I was fortunate to perform during Wichita’s Juneteenth celebration with the Positive Production band. Shout out to the Wichita community for coming out to celebrate freedom in numbers. The electric slide was in FULL effect during our show, and it was an absolute blast.
One of the highlights of June was performing for a family reunion where I met some Tolberts from California. I also played the birthday song at FLINT for some music lovers while they enjoyed brunch.
July is here and it brings a whole new energy – 4th of July BBQs, swimming pools, and the vibe of summer jazz. I’ll be performing this month, bringing some groove just when you need it.
