What’s up family, friends, and lovely mothers of the month! This month is one to celebrate the mothers and I’ve got 5 ideas for you to help ensure that mom feels appreciated all month. Check them out below:

1. Take mom out to eat
This idea may seem obvious, however, treating mom to breakfast, lunch, or dinner is always a great idea on any month. Bonus points if the venue has live music.

2. A day at the spa
Mom deserves to relax and why not set mom up with a day at the local Spa for a massage and/or manicure/pedicure. This is a great way to make sure mom is feeling appreciated this month.

3. A handwritten greeting card with flowers
Ok, this idea is very classic and could very well be coupled with either of the suggestions above it. The greeting card goes so much further when it’s handwritten to mom. Flowers with mom’s favorite colors are a nice add.

4. Hire her favorite celebrity to do a personalized shout out
Have you heard of a website called CAMEO? It allows you to hire “A list” and lesser-known celebrities to draft a personal video message for loved ones. I used the service for my wife and it worked great. The look on the face of mom when she hears her favorite celebrity actor send her mother’s day love is priceless.

5. Hire a musician for a virtual or in-person show
Hiring a musician to play a song dedication for mom is a unique and thoughtful way to show some appreciation. The gift of music is always a winner. I’m your saxophonist and I specialize in helping to make moments like mother’s month special.
